When I first started this project, I thought the kind of software I planned on using was Imovie. I wanted to chose I movie because it was simple to use. Also, I have used I movie for making and editing youtube videos.  In the end I chose to use capcut to edit and make my video. I found out about Capcut from my teacher Ms Marchionne. Once I started to use it I realized that the app is very versatile. Capcut has a lot of different music, transitions, and backgrounds to choose from. When I started on this project, I learned that putting together a video that was supposed to be a minute long was hard. This commercial was supposed to include 2 videos, 2 songs and 3 pictures. Getting the pictures in the video was easy because I just had to insert text that explained what the picture was. To insert the videos was harder because the videos I chose were very long and would make my commercial too long. Same thing that happened with my songs, they were also too long for the commercial.  When Filming this commercial I need to scout or find a place to record. This could be anywhere actually, but I think being in a place without a lot of noise would be the best. Also,  I can also make sure this place doesn't have people walking in the background. Some examples of this could be a corner in my bedroom, somewhere quiet at school to record after school hours, or my living room. After I find a good area to record I need to have the right equipment to record: A cell phone and a tripod or a place to place your camera.  When I have my recording equipment set up I start to record my commercial about myself. Once I get ready to record, I need to figure out what I'm going to say. All of the Information I am going to present is on either my storyboard or script. Recording this commercial could take serveral takes until its close to being perfect. Once I am done recording, I can decide on what Editing Software to use. I have chosen three different songs are a Million Dreams, I'm a good person and When can I see you again. A Million Dreams was a song I learned to sing back when I was in middle school.  I specifically learned this song in my Chorus class in Sunrise middle school. This song is mainly about dreams and goals and how you can make them a reality as long as you don't stop pursuing them. I still love to sing this song to this day, because it is a good way to practice singing and it is a very inspirational language.  I recently discovered a catchy song called When can I see you again by Owl City. I discovered this song recently and I thought it had a good meaning behind it. This meaning was to enjoy the moments that you have with someone special to you and wanting to make more memories with them in the future. My Script is a plan for what I'm going to say and include in my commercial. This script is going to help me introduce myself. This script I plan on typing on word or writing it on a looseleaf paper. This script will consist of the order I present my information for this commercial. My pictures and songs will also be included in my script to show how I plan on presenting these topics.  The pictures I'm going to include in the Commercial include: A picture of my 2 dogs, A picture of my favorite Pokemon Jirachi, and a picture of Bumblebee from Transformers. I included a picture of my 2 dogs because they are very important to me. The first dog's name is Barry and the second one is named sky. We got them before Covid started, first was Barry then we got Sky. Both Dogs are Maltipoos a breed of dog that is part Poodle, part Maltese and Barry is the Friendly one and Sky is the Shy one. There will be many different steps to producing a film or commercial. For my commercial first step is planning the commercial. This will consist of gathering all my information from the reference paper and figuring out how to organize it in the commercial. I also have to figure out where I am going to record this film. I also need to figure out how am I going to edit this.  The way I'm going to organize my information and how I'm going to present is through a storyboard or a script. If I'm going the script route then I'll write out what I'm going to say and what order I say it in. I could also choose to storyboard or draw some pictures of what I'll be doing in my commercial and what order I'm going to present. My scripts and story board will also consist of the pictures I chose to show that represent myself with. The Storyboard and script will also consist of the videos and songs I chose to use as well.
