Production Blog: Overview for MV

 The music video I'm making uses the song "Gotta catch them all" sung by Jason Paige. I chose this song because I thought that the song was very catchy and good to listen to. I also chose this song because I grew up with the Pokemon. I already planned out basically what will be included in the music video on my storyboard and in my planning blog. In my storyboard it shows a sequence of the events that happen for my music video.

The events planned in the storyboard may be changed during production, to improve video quality. My planning blog includes the costumes, props, Schedule for when I will record, the location for where I'll record at, and backup plan if anything were to go wrong. Since I'm recording mostly by myself, I'm going to use pokemon plushies to represent the pokemon in my video and a pokeball. My costume will include a gray hoodie, grey shirt, Black gloves, Blue jeans, Black shoes or Blue shoes, A white or Navy Hat. My schedule for recording might consist of some days from Oct 15-25 and Preparation for this will probably happen before Oct 15. Editing might happen on days close to Nov 1.

The location of the Video will consist of Areas near/close to my house or in my house. My backup plan will consist of me using my mom's phone if mine has issues, find other clothes if I can't find the correct ones, if I cannot find a good time or place to record then I'll do it at some other time or place. I will probably start to record on October 16-17 for the first few parts of my video. I won't be saying anything in my music video that I'll be recording. For the first parts of the video I'll probably record those parts in my house because currently I don't have much time to record outside till the weekend.

I am probably only going to record the first 2 squares of my storyboard and check to see if there was any mistakes. If there was I just have to either cut it out of the video or record another take. I might ask my family to assist me with recording the takes. I do plan on using Capcut to edit parts of my video together. I will probably be done or be close to being finished by this weekend with the recording the first 2 slides of my story board.
